Two hot new fitness DVDs, Yogalibre and Pilates Unplugged, are set to be released by the UK’s fittest power couple. We have 5 of each to give away.
Accredited Yoga instructor and author Liz Lark is the star of new yoga DVD Yogalibre. And she goes head to head with her husband Peter Roberts, the Juventus football team consultant whose own DVD Pilates Unplugged is released on the same day.
Yogalibre, meaning ‘Yoga for freedom’, is developed from the Hartha method, and has been designed for Yoga starters and experts alike. Travelling the world to teach yoga at retreats around the world, and with several books under her belt, Liz Lark is a trusted name in the Yoga world and has been described by Mariella Frostrup as “the best yoga teacher on the planet”.
Shot in the tranquil setting atop a Cornish cliff, Yogalibre is both the perfect introduction to Yoga and the solution to developing intermediate practitioners to the next level.
Meanwhile, currently working with top Italian football team Juventus, the club has recruited Peter Roberts’s services to implement his Pilates practice to help maximise the potential of many of the players, seeing the team mount a serious challenge for the title this year.
Having recovered from severe spinal injury that threatened his chances of ever walking again, Peter was once filled with metal pins, and contracted MRSA whilst in hospital. Overcoming these challenges he learned to use Pilates to regain his strength and with his vast knowledge on the subject, he has produced Pilates Unplugged.
The DVD focuses on Pilates beginners, but also appeals to users with experience who will learn a lot from Peter’s knowledge of the muscle system. Described as ‘amazing’ and ‘invaluable’ by Juventus footballer’s Mendes and Zebina, Pilates Unplugged is set to reach a wider audience whilst still appealing to the traditional market for such fitness DVD’s.
