4. There will be two prize winner and each of the two prizes includes two return tickets including taxes and passenger related fees for the Edinburgh to Cologne route. Tickets are valid until the end of the summer schedule 2008 (until 27 October 2008) and must be used before this date.
6. Only one entry per household can be accepted.
7. Closing date for entries is noon 27 June 2008. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose correct entries have reached BAA Limited by the closing date.
9. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
10. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
11. BAA Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in BAA Limited's sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
