Default Rescue Remedy spray (where do you spray?)

I have been browsing through the boots website and seen Rescue Remedy spray.

I used to use the drops of this, but found the taste horrid. I am assuming the spray is to go in the mouth, but wondered if it is an external thing, like perfume, or if it is an oral spray as I think it probably is but wanted to check before I purchased.

Thanks

Hi - I've used the spray before, you spray it on your tongue.

If you have the dropper bottle and you hate the taste, I think you can add a few drops to a glass of water. Have you tried that?

PS. The spray is a lot better that the drops. You don't get such an intense taste of the stuff!! x

I used the druops and added 4 drops to a water bottle tasted fine and settled my nerves well, managed to finally pass my driving test on it.

In awe I watched the waxing moon ride across the zenith of the heavens like an ambered chariot towards the ebon void of infinite space wherein the tethered belts of Jupiter and Mars hang forever festooned in their orbital majesty. And as I looked at all this I thought...I must put a roof on this lavatory.
