Terms and Conditions – June Online Standing Order – £100 Prize Draw

This prize draw is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over except employees of HSBC Bank plc directly involved in the promotion, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the draw.
From 2nd to 17th June 2008 you will be automatically entered into a draw to win one of 100 prizes of £100 when you set up a Standing Order online using HSBC Personal Internet Banking.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may also enter by sending your name, address and contact telephone number, printed clearly on a postcard, to Standing Order £100 Prize draw, HSBC Bank plc, Digital Marketing Department, Level 31, 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ. HSBC Bank plc will not accept responsibility for entries which are lost, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or delayed in the post. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. All entries must be received by the 20th June 2008. This prize draw runs 1st to 17th June 2008.
A maximum of one entry per person per Standing Order set up is permitted.
All promotional instructions form part of the prize draw terms and conditions.
Winners will be selected at random. An independent person will be present. The winners' names will be drawn on 25th July 2008. Each winner will be contacted by the 31st of July 2008 by a Secure E-Message sent to their HSBC Personal Internet Banking account. Instructions for claiming the prize will be included in the Secure E-Message. No purchase necessary winners, will be contacted at the telephone by the end of July. Winners will need to actively accept these terms and conditions before being eligible to accept the prize. All prizes must be claimed before 31st August 2008.
The winners' names and postal district/county will be available by sending a SAE to HSBC Bank plc, Digital Marketing, Level 31, 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ after the 31st July 2008. Please mark your request "Online Standing Order £100 Prize Draw".
HSBC Bank plc reserves the right to feature the winners' name and postal district/county in future promotions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to us using these details in this way.
