After all that hard work in the garden, summer’s the time to sit back and enjoy it and make the most of the bbq season. This new digital barbecue fork thermometer from ETI will tell you at a glance if your meat or poultry is cooked to your liking, taking the guesswork out of how well it is done. The six preset symbols indicate temperatures for different meat or poultry types, ie beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal or lamb. The preset temperatures can be adjusted but are set at rare, medium rare, medium and well done.
Additionally there are a number of novel features not normally found in this type of product including removable prongs for easy cleaning, adjustable alarm temperatures and a backlit digital display.
