  K-Swiss Miami holiday:
  
  1) Open to all residents of the UK & ROI only excluding employees (or their agents and their families) of K-Swiss and Schuh.
  2) Entrants must be 16 years or above and if the winner is under 18 they must be accompanied by an adult (someone over 18 who will act as “loco parentis”).
  3) No purchase necessary.
  4) Entry only by official entry online www.schuhxtras.co.uk/kswiss_miami from 26 May 2008.
  5) Closing date and deadline time for receipt of entries is 10 pm on Sunday 29 June 2008
  6) One winner will be drawn at random from all entrants that answered the competition question correctly.
  7) One winner will receive a prize of a holiday for 2 to Miami, Florida for 7 nights including return economy class air tickets ex UK and 7 nights’ accommodation in a 3 star hotel on a room only basis.
  8) Transfers to and from the airport to hotel are included.
  9) The prize is valid from 1September until 8 December 2008.
  10) The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
  11) The winner must have a valid passport and are responsible for any visa/vaccination requirements.
  12) The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13) No cash or alternative prizes available.
  14) The prize must be taken in person by winner and tickets/holiday are non-transferrable/refundable once booked and outward travel date must be before 10 December.
  15) Winners are responsible for own holiday/personal insurance arrangements.
  16) K-Swiss excludes its liability for any damages and/or other harm arising from or in connection with the use of the prize by the competition winner and his/her travelling companion.
  17) The winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity in relation to the draw.
  18) Entrants must provide required information and accept at least one set of updates.
  19) Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of the rules.
