Default Eye Q fish oils.

Hi, I'm really tempted to buy some Eye Q fish oils to see if they would help my five year old son. He is a very lively little boy, he is very bright and bouncy but seems to have trouble concentrating at times and I have troublre getting him to listen to me sometimes. He is probably just being a normal five year old but I wondered if anyone on here has given their child Eye Q and found it to be beneficial.
Thanks
Kerry

I give my children the boots own version daily. My children are always buzzing about and full of energy and the non-listening thing is prob a common thing as mine are the same!

I am a Primary Teacher and I know some pupils I have taught in the past, who had minor learning difficulties or had been diagnosed with dyspraxia, were advised by specialists to take the oils and their concentration levels improved. Could be coincidence though.

I also give my daughter Boots own omega 3 oil. My mother sent me some quite expensive capsules a couple of times, but they ran out and I thought it was time I bought my own. The EYE Q are pretty expensive, I seem to remember a time when they were giving away loads of free samples, but I missed out there.

I don't know if it works or not, but plenty research seems to say it does. Worth a try. My daughter used to have terrible attention span in class, I will no doubt hear if she has improved at the impending parents evening!
