Sentry Parental Controls is an innovative product that has taken the US by storm and has just arrived on shelves in the UK – it is a computer programme that helps parents protect kids around the clock, from anywhere in the world.
It allows worried mums and dads to monitor all of their child's internet activity in real time and set timers and blocks on their internet use, keeping them safe whilst they enjoy all the benefits of the internet.
According to a YouGov poll commissioned by Sentry Parental Controls, British parents think children are more at risk on the internet than unsupervised in a park or on the streets in daylight hours. 52% of all British adults thought children were MOST at risk in internet chat rooms, versus 19% who said unsupervised in the park in daylight hours and 11% who thought walking alone to a friend's house during daytime was the greatest risk.

As well as the visual monitoring capabilities, Sentry Parental Controls allows parents to have alerts sent to their mobile phones, iphone or computer as and when their child engages with any suspected inappropriate material, chat room sessions or images.
