This colourful day offers something for everyone, with a combination of magnificent oriental displays and spectacular racing action. Hong Kong Day features one of the richest five furlong handicap races in Europe – the £70,000 Hong Kong Sprint.
Off the track you’ll be able to see dragon and lion dancing, Chinese acrobatics, Kung Fu demonstrations and much more – all free of charge. Visit the Huawei Hong Kong Village to have your face painted, fortune told or watch the calligraphy and paper folding demonstrations.

Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup – Saturday 9<SUP>th</SUP> August – 5 x family tickets to win!

The Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup is Britain’s only jockeys’ competition, where teams of riders from all over the world compete in over six races for the coveted trophy. The teams of three all include world class jockeys. So pick a team you support for the day – Great Britain, Ireland, Europe or the Rest of the World – and cheer them on during the day.
Activities for children include: meeting the jockeys at the autograph signing session; a behind the scenes tour of the racecourse; a Victorian carousel and children’s rides to play on all day – all free of charge.
After racing, stay and enjoy the ‘Here and Now’ ‘80s concert featuring the following original acts playing a two hour set:
ABC, Bananarama, Belinda Carlisle, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Paul Young, T’Pau, Toyah.

The concert is included as part of your ticket for the day. There is a dedicated viewing area at the concert for children.

Children must be 16 years and under.
