Terms and conditions for entry into Fabris Lane 2008 promotion
Promoter Details 1. The promoter of this prize draw for Fabris Lane Sunglasses is Fabris Lane Ltd of 1 Lion Park Avenue, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1ST (the �Promoter�).

Conditions of entry 2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Fabris Lane, their friends or family, or anyone connected with this promotion or the product given away as the prize. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.

3. By entering the promotion, you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to enter 4. Opening date for entries is 23 May 2008. Closing date is 23 June 2008.

5. The promotion is free to enter. To enter you will need to complete the online entry form at www.fabrislane.co.uk or www.fabrislane.com with your name and email address. Once you have completed this process you will automatically be entered into our promotion and will receive a confirmation message of this on the website.

6. Any information submitted by an entrant must be personal to that entrant and relate specifically to them (ie entrants must only submit their own details and not that of a third party).

7. The Promoter is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for any problems related to any telephone network/lines, computer on-line systems or equipment, software failure of any email or failure of an entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet (including www.fabrislane.co.uk or www.fabrislane.com ), telephone lines or any combination there of, including but not limited to any injury or damage to an entrant�s or any other person�s computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

8. Only one entry per person. No entries will be accepted by agents, in bulk or from third parties.

Winners and Prizes 9. The winners of the prize draw will be selected by 3 July 2008. The winners will be the first 20 people selected randomly from all qualifying entries received. An independent observer will supervise the prize draw.

10. The selected winners will be notified via the email address they have submitted within 14 days of being selected and will be invited to accept their prize by responding with any details and within the time frame as specified in the winners notification email. Failure to claim the prize in the manner and time frame specified in the email will make any claim invalid. In such case, we will then randomly choose another winner from the other qualifying entries and this winner will be contacted by email as previously stated.

11. Each winner will be able to choose 7 PAIRS OF FABRIS LANE SUNGLASSES from the Spring/Summer 2008 collection as available via www.fabrislane.co.uk or www.fabrislane.com

12. Prizes will be sent within 30 days of the winners validly responding to the notification email (see point 10).

13. Entrants agree the Promoter may use the names and addresses of winners, in relation to this promotion for publicity purposes.

14. A list of winner�s names is available by sending a SAE marked �FABRIS LANE 2008 Promotion� to the Promoter at the address above from 4 July 2008 to 5 August 2008.

15. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize is not transferable and no cash or alternative prizes are available.

General 16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) relating to this promotion and the prize. Nothing however shall exclude the Promoter�s liability for (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

17. Unless you have indicated otherwise (ie by ticking the relevant boxes when entering the promotion), the Promoter will only use your personal details submitted as part of this promotion to administer the promotion.

18. In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be binding and final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this promotion.

20. The laws of England and Wales shall govern these terms and conditions and this promotion and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English court.
