Im not sure, i know ive entered comps from them (ive registered at some point!!) but havnt noticed any spam, mind you, it all goes to my junk box and if i open something and it doesnt say 'win' or 'well done' it normally gets deleted without being read!!!

No, we've had several comps on from this site. I think it's run by the Norwich / Norfolk papers.
Roboform remembered my password, and the site remembers the comps you've entered on it, which is useful.
I've def entered comps on it before, and have had no spam at all from them.
