Grado is celebrity chef Paul Heathcote's latest business venture in the heart of Manchester - a £1m traditional Spanish Tapas restaurant offering an eclectic mix of regional and new wave Spanish food.
Paul, who owns 15 restaurants across the North West, decided to adopt a Spanish theme after spending time in the country and identifying a gap in the British restaurant market for “something a little different".
Paul has taken many ideas from the Spain , and in particular San Sebastian - the Tapas centre of the country - and brought them to Grado in New York Street .
The 100 bin-wine list, 16 of which by the glass, are also 100% Spanish.
