Music to jog to?

apologies if this isn't an appropriate place - I couldn't find another board somehow related to exercise!

anyway, now that the weather has got nicer I want to start jogging after work. I want to find some decent songs to put on my ipod to help motivate me whilst I'm puffing along! I need to create a playlist but am a bit stuck for ideas.

do any of you mse'rs have any particular favourite songs or albums that lend themselves well to exercising?

The theme from Rocky always keeps me going when I'm starting to flag!!another fav is def leppard "running with the devil" (sad,I know.lol)

I suggest flicking through itunes and moving anything with a quick beat to a playlist

Somewhere, I've got a couple of the Top Gear driving anthems.
It's the sort of music that you want to turn up really loud and blast.

This one and this one both have some good stuff. If you then find the songs on you-tube, you can see if it's what you fancy.
