Oli subscribe competition – Win a Ted baker tote bag.
1. The promotion is open to all UK residents excluding N.I. aged 18 years and over, except employees and their immediate families of Otto their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion is open from 30th April to 2nd June 2008.
3. There is one prize to be won – a Ted Baker tote bag.
4. Subscription to Oli emails is required to enter. All people subscribing to email between (and including) 30th April to 2nd June 2008 will automatically be entered into the draw.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. The first name to be drawn at random on the 10th June 2008 will win the ‘Goodie bag’ prize.
7. Winners will be notified by email by the 15th June 2008.
8. If Oli are unable to contact winners by 25th June 2008 they will be entitled to regard the relevant prize award as cancelled and choose another winner.
9. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be claimed by 30th June 2008 by reply to the Oli ‘winner’ email with prizewinner delivery address details.
10. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of greater or equal value.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
12. Winners names and counties will be available on request by sending and SAE to Oli, Otto House, Ingleby Road, Bradford, BD99 2XG as soon as possible after the closing date.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
