1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Employees and agents of the Promoter, their families and anyone connected with this prize draw are not eligible to participate. Entry to each competition is restricted to one entry per household.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the competition must be received prior to 06/06/08. Entries received after this time will not be considered. Maison de la France cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit. No responsibility accepted for entries incomplete due to system failure.
3. The prizes will be awarded to the first name drawn at random from all complete entries received giving the right answer. The winners will be notified on the same day by email/ within 28 days of the draw date. The judges’ decision shall be final and legally binding.
4. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, using the details provided in the entry form. If acknowledgement is not received by the 28/06/08, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw for that prize.
5. All entrants must be available for travel on the specified dates. Travel times are specified and non exchangeable.
6. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client. The prize is subject to availability and is to be taken as stated.
