Help; Cca Or Not

Options
Hello, I wondered if anyone could help me please. I have today received from Barclaycard some documents and I don't really know what i'm looking for in terms of a true CCA. They are

1. A signed copy Application Credit Card Agreement regulated by the Cunsumer Credit Act 1974.
2. A copy of original Barclaycard Conditions regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
3. A copy of the current Barclaycard Conditions regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

None of which are signed by Barclaycard and the only time we signed was on the application.

I would appreciate any help to find out if this is unenforceable or not.

Thank you.

Weller posted what is required to constitute a valid CCA. I think this is for CCA's that were signed before 5/4/07 though. (There was a change to the ligislation around this time)
