Hello, I wondered if anyone could help me please. I have today received from Barclaycard some documents and I don't really know what i'm looking for in terms of a true CCA. They are
1. A signed copy Application Credit Card Agreement regulated by the Cunsumer Credit Act 1974.
2. A copy of original Barclaycard Conditions regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
3. A copy of the current Barclaycard Conditions regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
None of which are signed by Barclaycard and the only time we signed was on the application.
I would appreciate any help to find out if this is unenforceable or not.
Thank you.

Weller posted what is required to constitute a valid CCA. I think this is for CCA's that were signed before 5/4/07 though. (There was a change to the ligislation around this time)After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0
Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/20110
