The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Tiscali and of agency associated with this prize draw and family members of those persons. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

All entries must be received by midnight 12 June 2008 (UK time) and the draw will take place the following day. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the draw date.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt of entry.

The prize is as described and no alternative prize is available.

Tiscali's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Tiscali reserves the right to extend the prize draw for as long as necessary in order to get the required sample of survey respondants. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.

Prize is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years travelling together and sharing accommodation
Prize trip may be taken between 1st September 2008 until 31st March 2009, except for Christmas and is subject to availability
Airline travel is based on scheduled flights in economy class to and from winner's nearest capital city
Transfers are not included to and from home departure airport and must be undertaken at winner's own expense
Airport Transfers are included upon arrival at the prize destination

Winners who are travelling to any destination are reminded that it is their own responsibility to check whether they require a Visa to enter the country and that it is their responsibility to obtain a Visa should they require one
All passengers who travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program with passports issued prior to October 26 2004 must ensure that they hold a valid individual machine-readable passport with at least 90 days remaining from the date that the holiday is taken. Children included on a parent's passport also now require their own machine-readable passport. Travellers not in possession of machine-readable passports will require a valid USA entry visa. All passengers holding passports issued on or after October 26 2005 will need to have a biometric identifier in order for the holder to travel visa-free under the Visa Waiver Program
All laws relating to rules of travel and entry are subject to change and entrants are responsible for checking up to date requirements
At least one person travelling must be over 18 years old
This prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash
Once the prize trip is booked, no changes or alterations will be permitted
Performance Entertainment will handle the complete fulfilment of the grand-prize holiday, including all travel arrangements for the winners

I enter anyway, on the off chance that thye would let you pay for a third child to be added on.....never won anyway, so have yet to find out!:rolleyes:

Went on the Hulk ride at Universal and spent the next hour feeling ill _pale_ Definitely not a ride for the faint hearted.
