Yes I am getting the same message

    <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=4 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=alt2 style="BORDER-RIGHT: 1px inset; BORDER-TOP: 1px inset; BORDER-LEFT: 1px inset; BORDER-BOTTOM: 1px inset">I'm sorry there are errors with your entry </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

The form is simple enough and I tried typing the details rather than just using autofill but still got the message.
