E: 02/06 Win an overnight stay and a day at Thirsk races

http://www.northeastexclusive.co.uk/promotions/crabManor.aspx

crabManor.jpgThe Crab Manor Hotel in North Yorkshire is offering readers the chance to win an overnight stay for two with breakfast in one of its fabulous themed rooms.
The prize also includes two passes to one of Yorkshire’s most beautiful race courses for one of its biggest meetings of the year.
Winners will receive members’ enclosure passes for Thirsk races on June 17 to enjoy a day of racing, gambling and sipping champagne before heading back to the hotel for their overnight stay.
The 18th century Georgian manor house nestled in the heart of North Yorkshire in the small village of Asenby, Thirsk, offers guests a whirlwind tour of the world’s most famous luxury hotels. Guests can explore nine authentically themed rooms such Waldorf Astoria, Raffles and Sandy Lane, Barbados all with access to the courtyard hot tub and sauna set within picture perfect gardens.
A further three rooms are tucked away in the tropical beach house each equipped with private hot tub and sauna and the most recent addition are two authentic Scandinavian log cabins which boast flat-screen televisions and under floor heating and lighting.
The lucky winner and guest will stay in the fabulous Mount Nelson room based on the original Mount Nelson hotel of the exotic Cape Town, Africa. The dark wood, four-poster bed, leopard skin patterns and the intoxicating ‘out of Africa’ ambience will convince you that if you draw back the curtains and open the shutters you will be enveloped by the mythical sights and sounds of the big game in the bush.
Guests can also enjoy full use of the private courtyard hot tub and sauna and tuck into a hearty Yorkshire breakfast in the morning. Crab Manor Hotel is also twinned with the well-respected and highly-acclaimed Crab and Lobster restaurant offering a huge range of quality dishes in a relaxing setting.
Please note, rooms and passes and dates are non-transferable. For your chance to win simply tell us the name of one of the themed bedrooms at Crab Manor Hotel. Closing date is June 2, 2008.
