Terms and conditions 1. This draw is only open to UK residents, aged 18 or over, excepting employees of Food and Travel magazine, Air New Zealand, Airline Network, their families, agents or anyone connected with this competition. 2. Only one entry per household. 3. The prize is a six-night holiday for two adults to the Cook Islands, staying at The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa (four nights) and The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa (two nights) on a bed and breakfast basis. Also included are two adult Air New Zealand Pacific Economy Class return airfares from London Heathrow to Rarotonga, via Los Angeles, including airport and fuel taxes. 4. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. 5. The winners will be notified in writing as soon as possible after the closing date. 6. Supplements, upgrades, travel insurance and other incidentals are not included. 7. The prize is subject to availability and must be completed before April 30, 2009; travel between June 23 and September 1, 2008 or December 7 and January 31, 08/09 is excluded. Flights must be booked at least 4 weeks before the departure date; the holiday must be booked before September 30, 2008. See airnewzealand.co.uk for general terms and conditions of carriage. 8. The prize will be awarded to the first correct entry drawn. 9. By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes. 10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The winner’s name can be obtained after the closing date by writing to Green Pea Publishing Ltd, enclosing an SAE. 13.
