Prize Draw Rules NetObserver Europe – March June Session
Article 1.

Harris Interactive SAS, with a capital of 102 656 euros, a registered company (B 401 762 869), with its headquarters
at: 5-7, rue du Sahel, 75012 Paris, France.
Is organising a competition, from hereon named “the competition", from March 17th to June 1st 2008.

Article 2.

The Competition is free, with no purchase required. It is open to all residents of the UK, France, Germany, Austria,
Spain, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium and Italy, with a limit of one entry per person (same
surname, first name, same e-mail address), with the exception of employees of SCP HAUGUEL et SCHAMBOURG,
14 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honor!, 75008 Paris and/or any linked companies, occasional or permanent (including subcontractors)
and any employees of Harris Interactive or their families.

Article 3.

The platform for the game is the questionnaire, accessible from the survey’s partner sites.
All questionnaires for which the contact details are not complete (surname, first name, country of living, e-mail
address) will be considered as ineligible and will not be included in the random draw.

Article 4.

A random prize draw will take place in July 2008 to pick the winners. To participate in the draw, the respondents must
meet the following conditions:
• The questionnaire must be completed and validated before the 2nd June 2008.
• The respondent must be identifiable by his/her surname, first name, country of living and e-mail
Address.

Article 5.²&

The total prize value is 5000 Euros (£38001), of which there is a breakdown of:
For persons residing in one of the following countries: Mainland France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Netherlands,
Luxemburg, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium and Italy:

1st Prize: Globogift vouchers to the value of 1500 Euros

2nd to 6th Place Prizes: Globogift vouchers to the value of 700 Euros
For persons residing in the UK:

1st Prize: Globogift vouchers to the value of £1140

2nd to 6th Place Prizes: Globogift vouchers to the value of £532
The prizes offered are nominative and non-transferable. An entrant may win only once.
In the event of one or more of the winners being under 18 years of age, Harris Interactive will enter into contact with
their parents in order to attribute the prize(s).

The prizes offered cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the case of absolute necessity, or where circumstances demand it, Harris Interactive has the right to replace the
prizes by prizes of an equal or superior value.
Harris Interactive may not be held responsible for the condition of the prize upon delivery.
The winners will be notified by e-mail, at the address indicated on the questionnaire. If by the 31st January 2009, one
or several winners haven't sent back an e-mail to Harris Interactive (at the following address:

info@harrisinteractive.fr), they will lose the benefit of their prize draw, which will stay Harris Interactive' property.

Article 6.

The connection charges are refundable in the form of a postal stamp (national tariff), upon request, limited to one
refund per participant (same surname, same first name, same e-mail address).
Requests for refunds should be addressed to Harris Interactive / Jeu NetObserver Europe March08; 5-7 rue du Sahel,
75012 Paris, FRANCE.
In addition, the cost of posting this request is refunded (second class tariff) by specifically stating this demand within
the request for refunded connection charges.

Article 7.

The competition rules are deposited at:

No correspondence, oral or written will be entered into concerning the competition.

Article 8.

Harris Interactive reserves the right to shorten, lengthen, change or cancel the competition if circumstances demand
it, and cannot be held responsible in the event of these changes.

Harris Interactive cannot be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the Internet network affecting the running of the
competition.
In addition, Harris Interactive cannot be held responsible for the handling or loss of any post or electronic mail.

Article 9.

Participation in the competition implies acceptation of the rules in full. By accepting their prize, the winner permits
Harris Interactive to use their name and surname for public relations purposes concerning the competition and the
winner is not entitled to financial or other benefits other than the prize itself.

Article 10.

These rules are governed by French law. All problems concerning the application or interpretation of these rules will
be dealt with solely by Harris Interactive in the first instance. The Parisian courts govern all litigation concerning this
competition.

Article 11.

Conforming to article 78-17, dated the 6th January 1978 concerning information technology, files and freedom, the
participants benefit from a right of access and rectification to all information concerning them held by Harris
Interactive. This data is destined purely for internal use within Harris Interactive and will not be transmitted to any third
party.
