    Name of Competition:
All Star Mr and Mrs Competition

    Opening/Closing date & time:
Competition opens and closes as stated in the “All Star Mr and Mrs” programme on ITV1 (the “programme”).

    Competition entry question:
Please answer the multiple choice question as stated in the programme. Eligible entrants will be entered into a draw to win the prize.

    Method of Entry:
Entrants may enter the competition by:

    · PRTS Phone - call 09012 930 930 and follow the instructions given. You may enter the competition via PRTS phone up to 10 (ten) times per household.
    · SMS text to 83000 – send a SMS text along with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question. You may enter the competition via SMS text up to 10 (ten) times per household.
    · Online – go to https://www.itv.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the competition. You may enter the competition online up to 20 (twenty) times per household.

There is no email, postal or other method of entry available for this competition.

    Cost of Entry:
    · Each PRTS call costs £1.00 (one pound) from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.
    · Each SMS text message costs £1.00 (one pound) plus one standard network rate reply message. The total cost will therefore be dependent on your mobile network.
    · There is no charge for online entries.

Entries made beyond the maximum number of entries for each method of entry as stated, or entries made after closing time, or received by the Promoter after the closing time, will not be entered into the competition, but may still be charged. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, misspelt, inaudible, incomprehensible, or not received by the Promoter are void but may still be charged.

    Competition draw date:
The draw will take place as stated in the programme after the closing date and time for all entries has passed. The answer to the question and the name of the winner will be made available on the website for the programme at https://www.itv.com after the draw has taken place.

    Prize:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries who have answered the question correctly will be the winner of the prize. The prize is £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling), payable by cheque in the name of the entrant, and delivered to the winner’s UK home address. Eligible entrants may win only one prize in any one calendar month. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable, and no alternative prize will be given. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation and verification. The winner must be aged 18 years or over and may be required to confirm proof of eligibility and age.

After the stated deadline for entries has passed, a potential winner from all the correct and valid entries selected at random will be contacted on the phone number he or she provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.
