The prize is for a weekend in Rome to be arranged by Cards Galore. The weekend is for 2 nights stay in Rome with travel expenses to and from Paris paid for (flights). The closing date for this competition is July 30th. To enter you must be 18 years old or above. The prize must be taken before December 31st 2007. The prize will be awarded by Cards Galore and their decision will be final and no correspondence entered into. Cards Galore have the right to amend, cancel, modify, supersede this prize if, in our sole discretion, the prize is not capable of being issued or acceptable to be awarded as specified for whatever reason(s). The prize is not transferable. No responsibility will be accepted from Cards Galore for any partial or complete failure in transmission or receipt of entries. This promotion may be conducted over several different web-sites simultaneously. Employees, agents or suppliers to Cards Galore, their families or connections or anyone involved with the conduct of this competition are not eligible to win this competition prize. By entering this competition you are agreeing to receive the Cards Galore monthly newsletter. In accordance to the data protection act we will not pass your contact details to any third party organization.

Does that mean the winner must make their way to Paris first?

From T&Cs: The prize must be taken before December 31st 2007.

If the transport is from Paris, there'll be an additional task for the winner to find the cheapest method of getting there, probably by using tools in the MSE site!
