E: 31/08 Win a Ford WRC ride plus tickets to the Castle Combe Rally day(help!)

1. No purchase necessary to enter the free Prize Draw.
2. By entering into this free Prize Draw entrants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply with them may result in disqualification.
3. The Prize Draw is only available to UK residents. Entrants (and the guests of the winners) must be over 25 years of age. Employees and immediate family members of employees of either BBC Worldwide Ltd, Castrol Ltd ("Castrol") and their associated companies, professional advisers, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Prize Draw.
4. To enter the free Prize Draw, entrants must correctly answer the 2 tie-break questions and fill in their details on the website, and submit them by midnight on 31 August 2008. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
5. The winners will be selected at random on 2 September 2008 from all correct entries submitted. The Promoter’s decision is final.
6. The winning prizes ("Prizes") consist of 5 pairs of tickets to the Rallyday 2008 at Castle Combe Circuit, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 7EYon 20 September 2008, to include a passenger ride in the Ford World Rally Car for each guest. Winners will be responsible for arranging their own transport to Castle Combe Circuit for the event.
7. BBC Top Gear magazine shall notify the selected winners by email within 5 days of the Prize Draw. If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, or if a winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 5 working days of notification or if a winner does not confirm his/her and his/her guest’s attendance (and names) within 5 working days of the notification, a replacement winner may be drawn at BBC Top Gear magazine’s discretion and will be notified by BBC Top Gear magazine. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited.
8. The Prize has to be taken as offered. There is no cash equivalent to the Prize available and the Prize is non-transferable.
9. The name of the winners will be available after 30 September 2008 upon receipt of a self-addressed stamped envelope sent to: Castrol EDGE Prize Draw, BBC Top Gear Magazine, C100, Woodlands, 80 Wood Lane, London, W12 0TT
10. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to take part in any associated publicity relating to the Prize Draw, where required.
11. BBC Top Gear magazine and Castrol reserve the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the Prize (to one of equivalent value) if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. Entrants will be notified as soon as possible if this is necessary.
12. Neither BBC Top Gear magazine nor Castrol will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries.
13. Rallyday 2008 is organised and operated by Rallyday Limited of Odd Down, Bath, BA2 2PP. Neither BBC Top Gear Magazine nor Castrol will be liable for any injury, loss of belongings or other loss suffered by winners and/or their guests arising in connection with the winners and/or their guests’ attendance of Rallyday 2008.
14. The passenger ride in the Ford Rally Car is provided by the BP Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team. Neither BBC Top Gear Magazine nor Castrol will be liable for any injury, loss of belongings or other loss suffered by winners and/or their guests arising in connection with the passenger ride. The winners and their guests must follow all safety instructions given to them by the BP Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team on the day and may be requested to sign a disclaimer by the BP Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team.
15. The Promoter is Castrol Limited.
16. Entrants’ personal information will only be used in the context of the Prize Draw and not for any other purpose.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
