How would you like to be in Moscow on the 21st May for the Champions League final? Courtesy of Sony we have a trip for two to give away which includes return flights, accommodation, £500 spending money and, of course, tickets to the final.

    Just checking the Ts and Cs as REALLY would not want to mess this one up and it says that you are limited to 20 entries.
    I know that it is not really a problem because it will tell you when you have done too many.
    No idea why they have different limits for different ITV competitions.

    Eligible entrants must answer the question as stated on “UEFA Champions League Live” (the ‘programme’). Entrants who have answered the question correctly will be entered into a draw to win the prize. <O:P></O:P>

    The draw will take place on Tuesday, 6 May 2008, after the closing date and time for all entries to the competition.<O:P></O:P>

    · Online - go to the website at http://www.itv.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the competition. You may enter the competition online up to 20 (twenty) times per household.<O:P></O:P>

    There is no email, postal, red button or any other method of entry available, other than those stated above.<O:P></O:P>

    Cost of Entry:<O:P></O:P>
    · Each PRTS call costs £1.00 (one pound) from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.<O:P></O:P>

    Entries made beyond the maximum number of entries for each method of entry as stated, or entries made after closing time, or received by the Promoter after the closing time, will not be entered into the competition, but may still be charged.     Prize:<O:P></O:P>
    The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries who have answered the question correctly will be the winner of the prize. The prize is a trip for the winner and a companion to go to <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = ST1 /><ST1:PLACE w:st="on"><ST1:CITY w:st="on">Moscow</ST1:CITY>, <ST1:COUNTRY-REGION w:st="on">Russia</ST1:COUNTRY-REGION></ST1:PLACE> to see the Champions League final match. The prize includes return flight from a London airport as specified by the prize provider, hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a room for two (2) nights, ground transfers between the airport and the hotel in Moscow, as well as a cheque for £500 (five hundred pounds sterling), payable in the name of the winner.<O:P></O:P>
    <O:P> </O:P>
    Specific conditions and requirements:<O:P></O:P>
    It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure, before departure, that they and their companion have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity, and required visa documentation, and have no criminal record in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 in order to travel to <ST1:COUNTRY-REGION w:st="on"><ST1:PLACE w:st="on">Russia</ST1:PLACE></ST1:COUNTRY-REGION> to take up the prize. It is also the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion comply with all instructions and/or visa requirements as specified by the prize provider and relevant authorities, including but not limited to providing two passport-sized photos and passport details along with any other details as required within no less than 24 hours of being contacted by the prize provider and receiving confirmation as the winner of the competition. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available on the relevant dates, that being 20-22 May 2008 inclusive to take up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay for travel insurance to cover any overseas medical costs. Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider will be held liable for such costs and/or expenses as incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The winner and their companion must be aged 18 or over and will be required to confirm proof of eligibility. Failure to comply with all such instructions and/or requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.<O:P></O:P>

    The winner acknowledges that in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and/or prize provider which prevents or delays the timely possession of a visa, passport or other necessary documentation, or the availability of the winner and/or their companion to take up the prize, neither the Promoter and/or the prize provider shall be held liable, and there is no alternative prize, cash equivalent, or reimbursement available for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with this competition.<O:P></O:P>

    The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and/or organizer, is non-changeable and non-transferable, and is subject to restrictions including but not limited to availability, confirmation of travel dates and times by the prize provider, access or health restrictions, immigration rules, postponement, delay or cancellation of the event in Russia and/or to the travel itinerary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses, or for any medical conditions aggravated or incurred by the winner and/or their companion as a result of taking up the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other associated costs or charges incurred, including but not limited to additional travel costs and/or transportation, transfers in the UK, travelling expenses, parking costs, meals, drinks, hotel charges, room service, telephone calls, souvenirs, insurance costs, and any other costs, charges or expenses not included in the prize as set out above.<O:P></O:P>

    The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date, on the phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a potential winner. If for any reason successful contact is not made on the competition draw date, or if they are unable to comply with these terms and conditions and take up the prize as specified, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.<O:P></O:P>
