We have teamed up with The Royal York Hotel to offer one lucky Livewire reader a two-night break in York, with some extras thrown in, including a meal for two at the award-winning Melton’s, one of York’s best restaurants.
The prize :
* Two nights’ accommodation for two people sharing a double or twin room
* Full English breakfast
* Dinner for two in the hotel’s Tempus restaurant and AA Rosette Melton’s restaurant on the following evening
* Two York Passes, which give you free entry to more than 30 of the city’s top attractions
* First Class train travel from your nearest National Express East Coast calling point
How to enter:
Win a break at The Royal York Hotel: Answer the following question in the space provided below.
Royal York Hotel competition
1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Entries must be received by 4 July 2008.
3. Only one entry allowed per person.
4. Winner will be selected at random from all correct entries within 11 working days of the closing date of the competition online or by post, whichever is the later.
5. The prize must be taken before the end of September 2008, excluding dates on which York Races take place.
6. Winner must give at least 2 weeks' notice of their preferred travel dates.
7. The prize is for the winner plus one companion.
8. National Express East Coast will provide First Class return train travel for the prize winners from any National Express East Coast calling point to London King’s Cross station.
9. Two nights' hotel accommodation is in a double or twin room, subject to availability.
10. The adjudicator's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. National Express East Coast accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
13. Employees, their relatives and agencies of National Express East Coast are not eligible to enter.
