Rules of Prize Draw

• No purchase necessary.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
• Employees of UNIQLO UK Limited’s group of companies, TicketMaster, their agents and families are excluded from entering the draw.
• There will be one winner and one prize.
• Entries must be received by 5.00pm on 30 April 2008. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
• The draw will take place on 01 May 2008. The winner will be notified on or before 31 May 2008.
• Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the draw.
• Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address [EMAIL="helpme@uniqlo.co.uk"]helpme@uniqlo.co.uk[/EMAIL] with the words “YES PLEASE” in the subject box.
• The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List - Prize Draw, UNIQLO UK Limited, 93-97 Clarence Street, Kingston upon Thames, Surry KT1 1QY between 31st May 2008 and 1st August 2008, provided a SAE is enclosed.
• Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this UNIQLO UK Limited's Prize Draw, to take publicity photographs and interview the winner and for these to be used by UNIQLO UK Limited in any media publication.
• The prize will consist of twelve vouchers for concert tickets each with a value of £50.00 (fifty pounds sterling). One voucher will be sent to the winner no later than the last day of each of the 12 consecutive months following the announcement of the winner, the first voucher being sent no later than 30 June 2008. The vouchers supplied may only be redeemed for tickets at www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
