1. The promotion is open to all United Kingdom and ROI residents, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or its affiliates, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
2. For the chance to win a Panasonic 32” Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV visit http://research.mygillette.co.uk and enter your details in the fields provided. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. The draw is free to enter and there is no purchase necessary. If you do not wish to complete the questionnaire but would like to be eligible for the Free Prize Draw please click on the free prize draw link in the email and enter your details in the fields provided.
3. The winner will be drawn on Monday 12th May at 10am by a person independent of the promoter. If you win you will be notified by phone and email that you have won and what you will need to do to claim your prize. In the event that a claim for the prize is not made by 15th May, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. The prizes consist of one Panasonic 32” Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered. Proof of sending does not constitute receipt. The Promoter will not be liable for system failures, network error, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant in the event that the Promoter has grounds for believing that the entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
7. The stated prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter's discretion.
8. The winner of the Panasonic 32” Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize and by entering this promotion entrants acknowledge that they may be used in publicity without further consent or payment.
