News Shopper has teamed up with The Cathedral Express to offer readers the chance to win a superb day trip by Battle of Britain Class 34067 Tangmere steam train from Bromley South to Canterbury on June 4.
The return journey takes in the Cinque Ports of Sandwich and Deal and the 180 degree curve into Dover gives stunning views of the castle before emerging for a fast run along the foot of the White Cliffs.
In Premier Dining there is a champagne brunch on the outward journey and four course dinner on the return, while those in First Class enjoy a glass of champagne, orange juice, tea and coffee. In Standard Class passengers are seated at tables for four in open carriages and there is a buffet car.
There will be two other steam excursions from Bromley South to Canterbury on July 23 to coincide with Whitstable Oyster Festival and on September 24.
