1. The prize includes one week’s villa rental in a Best Villas Pollença property up to the value of £1,500 subject to availability or, if necessary should the rental costs exceeds £1,500 then the winner must pay the difference at the time of booking the prize
2. The winner must make their booking directly with The Best Villas Pollença by 14/06/08.
3. The prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative for any part of the prize
4. The prize is valid for travel before 30 April 2009
5. The prize is one pair of return flights with Monarch to Palma de Mallorca from Birmingham, London Luton or Manchester airports, airport taxes are included.
6. Car hire will be arranged by Best Villas Pollença when the villa is booked – the driver must hold a full driving licence, and be 21 years or over.
7. Spending money, travel insurance and additional car insurances not provided by The Best Villas Pollenca and are the responsibility of the prizewinner.
8. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure party members have valid passports and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
