Prize Draw Rules
1.The full name and registered office of the promoter of this prize draw is Friends Provident Life and Pensions Limited, Pixham End, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1QA (in these referred to as “Friends Provident”). By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.Participants must be United Kingdom and Eire citizens, aged 16 years or over. Though anyone aged 16 who wins tickets to a fixture can only attend that fixture with an individual aged 18 years or older.
3.The prizes: For each Friends Provident Trophy group fixture, not including the quarter final fixtures, Friends Provident is offering the opportunity to win two tickets. Once the quarter final fixtures have been announced the competition will recommence but the draw will be two tickets to the semi final fixtures and a following draw for two tickets to the final.
4.All entries for each individual fixture will be grouped together and one winning entry will be picked at random for each fixture. The draw for each fixture will take place approximately 7 days before that particular fixture is due to take place.
5.The competition will commence on 8 April 2008 and end on 6 August 2008.
6.Only one entry per person per fixture is permitted.
7.No correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw or the result.
8.This promotion is not open to employees of Friends Provident Management Services Limited or Friends Provident International Limited, or anyone connected with the promotion.
9.No purchase is necessary for participation.
10.If any selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize or otherwise fails to provide information Friends Provident needs in order to deliver the prize, the prize in question may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
11.Friends Provident takes no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions or failures, virus, technical problems or any causes outside of Friends Provident's control.
12.Friends Provident reserves the right permanently to disqualify any person from participation in the prize draw who it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
13.These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
