Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is open to all Gurgle.com users in Great Britain, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively “the Companies”) may not enter any prize draw or competition.
To take part in the Comfort prize draw, you can enter via www.gurgle.com/comfort. You will need to answer the question correctly, enter your name, phone number, email address and postal address. Once all mandatory data fields have been completed, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No purchase necessary.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control, which may restrict or delay your entry into the Promotion. Only one entry per person and per household. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.
Closing date for entries is noon on 2 May 2008.
One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received through www.gurgle.com/comfort, on or around 16 May 2008.
The winners will be notified by phone or email by 23 May 2008.
Prize is a year’s supply of Comfort Pure (12 bottles of 1.5L Comfort Pure)
There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sky Digital Media will contact the winner to arrange delivery of the winner’s prize. Winners must redeem their prize within six months, and failure to arrange delivery within this time period could result in loss of prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from their negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and Sky Digital Media and their respective associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond Sky Digital Media or the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
