If you fill in this short survey you are put into a prize draw for a weekend away for 2 people (in the form of a voucher).
I found the leaflet in a varsity in southampton - the survey requires you comment on the display in the pub for their st georges day promotion.
Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is for 2 night 4 star accommodation, dinner bed & breakfast.
2. Minimum age 18.
3. Bookings must be a Friday and Saturday night. Excludes Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year Periods.
4. The voucher is valid only for gift specified on the front of the voucher. The content of the gift is as detailed within the accompanying pack. They do not have a direct monetary value. No cash alternatives will be offered.
5. The voucher is valid for the two people as stated on the front of the voucher and/or in the accompanying voucher pack.
6. Active vouchers may only be redeemed with the supplier(s) listed in the accompanying voucher pack.
7. Use of the voucher implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and those of the chosen supplier.
8. The information supplied in the voucher pack is correct at time of print. However the content or specification of an experience or gift is subject to change.
9. The information provided within the voucher pack is based on enquiries made by Active and is believed to be accurate but Active makes no warranty or representation in respect thereof.
10. No vouchers may be redeemed after the expiry date printed on the voucher.
