SEAT, S.A., with premises at Autov!a A-2 Km. 585, 08760 Martorell (Barcelona) and identification number A-28.049.161 (hereinafter, SEAT), on the occasion of the launch of the new SEAT Ibiza, has devised a promotional action, which will consist of the draw to win ten trips for two people to Ibiza during 23rd and 24th May in order to participate in activities which SEAT will organize, with the intention of presenting the new SEAT Ibiza model. This promotion will be available to all of the people who have inserted correctly their data on the website www.newseatibiza.com and whose residence is one of the active countries in CLUB SEAT.
WHAT IS CLUB SEAT?
SEAT, S.A, with the purpose of developing the knowledge of their brand and promoting loyalty at the same time, has created CLUB SEAT.
Any person is eligible to apply to this CLUB, including the active employees of any society from the VW Group, providers and any other collectives with which SEAT has a relationship of a special proximity and their family members.
The members who form part of the CLUB SEAT will be able to benefit from various activities organized by the importer of the corresponding country where CLUB SEAT is active, related to the promotion of the brand and its products. To be a member of CLUB SEAT you have no obligation which regard to the brand or the CLUB itself. On joining CLUB SEAT, the member agrees to receive information about the brand, offers etc. The member of CLUB SEAT can cease to subscribe their membership at any moment through the webpage of the CLUB to the corresponding country as soon as this web is activated.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER?
Through the completion of an online form, in this case the correspondent to the acceptation of the terms of the promotion “Win a trip to Ibiza”. In the future the registration can be done through the CLUB SEAT webpage to the corresponding country.

Rule 2 GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The aforesaid promotion is to be run through a digital platform located in Spain, though its technical nature means that it reaches anywhere from which an internet connection is available.

Rule 3 DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The campaign will start on 2nd April, 2008 and will end at midnight on the 6th May, 2008.

Rule 4 PRIZE
The prizes which will be given, once the campaign has ended and following the pertinent draw, will be ten trips to Ibiza for two people during 23rd and 24th May, in order to take part in various activities* which will be organized by SEAT. The promotion is to present the new SEAT Ibiza and will include accommodation. Each prize is valued at approximately 3700€.
Under no circumstances will the said prize be exchanged for its cash value. This prize will be personal and cannot be transferred.
* The various activities will consist of a “test drive” and an Ibizan party. Furthermore SEAT reserves the right to modify the said activities.

Rule 5 MARKETING ACTIONS TO PUBLICISE THE PROMOTION
In order to publicise and encourage participation in this competition, SEAT will carry out the following marketing actions:

1. Public presentation of the new SEAT Ibiza the next day 2nd April with a press conference, held at the SEAT Headquarters in Martorell.
2. A tour in which three new SEAT Ibizas will be transported in three trailers in a crystal box through various European countries.
3. An advertising campaign on the internet by means of the SEAT commercial network websites and especially the site www.newseatibiza.com

Rule 6 CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Conditions for Participants
   Due to the nature of the prize, only people resident in any of the following countries are eligible to enter for it:

   Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and France.

   Entrants may participate in the promotion in the following ways:

   Anybody over the age of 18, residing in the aforementioned countries wishing to take part in this promotion by this means should complete and send the entry form featured on the campaign web page, www.newseatibiza.com before midnight on 6th May, 2008. This will lead to the automatic registering in CLUB SEAT in the corresponding country.
2. Awarding the Prize
   The winner of the prizes will be revealed on 8th May, 2008 through a draw which will take place at the SEAT plant in Martorell.
   The draw will be made in the following way:
   • A digital file will be created with all of the data of the participants. All of the inscriptions which have been made in the present promotion will appear numbered and one per line.
   • A SEAT representative will select forty numbers at random from those appearing in the list. The persons who correspond to the ten chosen in first place will be the winners of the draw, leaving the other thirty, in order of selection, acting as reserves in the event that it should prove impossible to contact any of the winners, that the said winner or winners do not meet the requirements stipulated in the rules, or that they expressly renounce the prize.

Rule 7 NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULT OF THE DRAW
SEAT will immediately contact the entrants who win the prize by e-mail to notify them of their win. After obtaining their contact address and verifying that the participant fulfils the conditions to enter the draw, SEAT will officially send them an e-mail informing them of the details they need for the prize to be handed over. This e-mail will be sent in such a way that due evidence of its reception by the winner exists.
The winners must contact SEAT to express their acceptance of the prize and arrange for their attendance and that of their chosen representative for 23rd and 24th May, 2008 in Ibiza, in order to participate in the presentation of the new SEAT Ibiza as a member of CLUB SEAT.
SEAT will pay exclusively for the corresponding expenses of the flight (there and back) and accommodation on the said island and also for the scheduled activities.

Rule 8 ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this promotion shall constitute acceptance of these rules in their entirety.

Rule 9 LIABILITIES
SEAT is exonerated from liability of any kind from such time as the winner enjoys his stay in Ibiza. The latter may not take any kind of legal action against SEAT for any reason arising from the prize, from misuse of it or as a consequence of the benefit from the prize itself.

Rule 10 INCOME TAX DEDUCTIONS
SEAT will make the income tax payment on account on behalf of the winners of the prizes, as stipulated in the tax regulations in force at the time the prize is given, and will provide the winner with the certificate of deductions and payments on account required by current tax regulations, which will include the value of the prize for the purposes of the said tax plus the above-mentioned payment on account.

Rule 11 IMAGE RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The winner authorises SEAT to make use of their basic personal details (identity, residence, age and e-mail) in marketing and advertising campaigns connected with the prize they have won, for as long as these last, always in accordance with the stipulations of the “Privacy Policy” in the Legal Notice on the website https://www.newseatibiza.com. Moreover, the winners grant SEAT the right to use their image on an indefinite basis all over the world, in whichever media SEAT sees fit, always related with the prize won.

With the information you provide us we shall send an email to the addressee using your name and personalised message. The addressee's personal information shall only be used for the purposes of this communication. We hope you understand that we are only able to confirm the dispatch of the email and cannot guarantee the arrival or reading thereof at the destination address.
Moreover, and unless you specify otherwise, SEAT, S.A. can send exclusive and updated information to your email address regarding the Products and Services of SEAT. Moreover, when accepting to the send to a friend form within the microsite www.newseatibiza.com, the sender agrees to take part in the promotion “Win a trip to Ibiza” and to be automatically registered as a member of the Club SEAT of his corresponding country, if this has the Club SEAT active.
The email address of the sender shall be passed onto the SEAT, S.A. representative in the country he or she specifies, in order to keep him or her informed on SEAT news in the respective country.
After sending the email to your friend (SEND button), you shall receive a confirmation email. The email shall include instructions on how to remove your name if you do not wish to have your information sent to the SEAT, S.A. representative in your country, if you do not wish to receive commercial information of SEAT Products and Services, to participate in the promotion and to become a member of the Club SEAT of the corresponding country, via electronic channels.
