This month one lucky Food Lover can win The Neal’s Yard Cheese of the Month worth £50.
Neal's Yard Cheese Selection
Cheese Lovers may know that you’ll find British cheeses in prime condition only at Neal's Yard Diary. A cheese-loving team visits cheese-makers the length and breadth of Britain and brings cheeses back to Neal’s Yard Dairy’s cavernous warehouse in South London. Here, like true French mâitres de fromages, they fuss over and cosset them, developing the flavours and textures until they are perfectly ripe and ready to savour.
Expect to win four different cheeses totalling 4lbs (1.8kg) with tasting notes. As Neal’s Yard choose each month’s selection only a fortnight before sending them out – you’ll have to take a leap of faith and rely on them and their expertise to choose what is eating spectacularly well at the time. Expect a seasonal selection that may also include newer, experimental cheeses never tasted before.
