Holiday Details and Terms and Conditions
1.1 The prize for the quarter ending 30th June 2008 is a weekend for two in Rome.
1.2 Return economy flights are included from London Gatwick to Rome. Flights may be available from alternative airports for a supplement.
1.3 Two nights accommodation in a twin/double room at the 4 star Marcella Royal Hotel (an alternative 4 star hotel may be offered instead) on a bed and breakfast basis.
1.4 Travel must be between 1st August 2008 and 31st March 2009, excluding the Christmas, New Year and bank holidays.
1.5 Holidays are subject to availability. Alternative travel dates will be offered in the event that your preferred dates are not available. In the event that the prize winner does not wish to take any of the available dates then the prize will lapse.
1.6 The prize winner must book their holiday within 21 days of being notified of winning the prize.
1.7 The list of activities is purely an illustration of activities you may do while in Rome. These are not included in the prize.




General Terms and conditions
2.1 To be eligible, you must complete in full the registration form by using the ercol website and submitting a completed form.
2.2 The prize draw will be subject to change on a quarterly basis and will be notified on the website. For any quarter an equivalent prize of an equivalent cash value may be offered.

2.3 Draws will be made at calendar quarter ends. The winner will be notified within one month of the draw.

2.4 Only one entry per household is permitted.

2.5 A maximum of one prize can be won each calendar year per household.
2.6 The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.7 The draw is not open to employees of Ercol Furniture Ltd, or immediate friends and family members. Nor is it open to staff who are employed by retailers who stock ercol, nor their family members.

2.8 No liability will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
2.9 The winner will be drawn at random.

2.11 The decision of the Directors of ercol is final.
