Your chance to win one of 12 Lush Retro sets
If you’re not familiar with Lush, which has a branch in The Oracle, Reading, then it’s probably best to let the store introduce itself to you: “We’re always fresh and we’re usually naked ... and we have principals you know,” says a spokesperson for the chain.
The store, which produces a wide range of environmentally friendly cosmetics and bathroom-related products, offers a quirky selection of goods and always has an enticing aroma.
Lush also doesn’t believe in using animals to test its products for safety, nor does it buy any ingredients from any supplier or manufacturer that tests anything they produce on animals.
Lush also believes in only using a minimal amounts of synthetics, and keeps packaging to a minimum (hence the naked) out of respect for the environment.
For those of you more familiar with Lush, if you have ever loved and lost a Lush product over the years then you’re about to become very, very happy.
The store is introducing a new, revamped Lush Retro website, favourite discontinued Lush products can be bought on-line.
To celebrate Lush has teamed up with 24Seven to offer readers the chance to win one of 12 Retro Sets worth £25.
Each set contains some popular favourites from the Lush range, including Rainbow Worrier and World Piece bath ballistics; Psychedelic and Aura Suavis bubble bars, Quinquereme and Banana Moon soaps; Chi shower gel and Flying Saucer bubble bath. This limited edition set of products will only available in stores until June.
For more on the range, log on to www.lush.co.uk, where you can also watch the specially produced film noir, entitled Lush Town – in commemoration of Retro. You’ll also be able to order your Lush Retro products
Twelve lucky readers will each win a Lush Retro set worth £25.
