The sweepstake is subjected exclusively to the present official rules.
The sweepstake is open only to natural persons (ie not corporate or business entities) who are age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, directors, officers and principals, of Splendia, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes starts on March 17th 2008 at 08:00 a.m. GMT+1 and ends April 29th at 12:00 a.m. GMT+1. All entries must be received by Splendia during the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per person. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered subscriber of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION
Only over 18 years old persons can take part in the sweepstake.
Each person has the possibility to transmit to the sweepstake organizers the email addresses of people who will receive, on behalf of the participant an invitation by email to take part in the sweepstake. The participation in the sweepstake can be exclusively done by electronic way, by means of the proposed registration form. For this reason, any registration by telephone, fax or email other than the proposed registration form will not be taken into account. In order to take part in the sweepstake, any person must correctly fill the various fields proposed. The proven will of fraud or cheat in particular; by the creation of false identities making it possible to be registered several times could be sanctioned by formal and final prohibition to take part in the sweepstake. The participant commits himself to fill all the compulsory fields proposed on the registration form and by providing accurate information. Splendia reserves the possibility of cancelling a prize if the winner did not fill the registration form in accordance with its identification documents, which he will have to present to take possession of its prize.
At all time the participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information he has produced. In consequence, he is responsible for the modification of his address or any parts of it and it remains to him in the event of change to communicate his new address.
After being registered, the participant takes part in the sweepstake.

GENERAL TERMS OF THE PLAY
For this sweepstake, the participation will be validated by being registered on the entry form on Internet. By doing this the participant accepts to receive Splendia’s newsletter. If the participant has already subscribed to Splendia’s newsletter he will not be registered again but his sweepstake participation will be taken into account. The draw will be carried out directly using the registrations of the participants.

SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner’s draw will be carried out among all the validated registration. The draw will be carried out under the control of a solicitor on April 30th 2008. The winner will be informed under 24 hours by e-mail with the address e-mail stated on the registration form (the participant is held responsible of checking frequently is email account). It belongs to the winner to reply by e-mail with Splendia within the 3 following days after reception of the e-mail stating he is the winner. If the winner cannot be reached at the e-mail address submitted with the entry or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. No cash alternative or substitution of any prizes will be offered. In case the winner would refuse to take possession of its prize, this one must inform Splendia by e-mail. In case the winner his not available to travel on the proposed dates he must inform Splendia by email and he will be allowed to transfer the prize to an alternate winner. This alternate winner will be bounded by the same rules and requirements than the original winner. He will have to give us the same required information than in the registration form. Splendia reserves the possibility of checking the exactitude of the information given at the time of the inscription before giving the prize to the winner.

AUTHORIZATION OF WINNER (Or substitute)
The winner (or his substitute) authorizes expressly Splendia to state his/her name, country of origin and display his/her picture in its newsletter and on https://www.splendia.com. Splendia requires that the winner (or his substitute) sends by email his photography. The winner or his substitute will not be able to claim a financial compensation for its participation.

REFUNDING OF THE EXPENSES OF PARTICIPATION
The play being free and without any obligation of purchase of goods and/or services, Splendia will refund the expenses of connection to take part in the sweepstake on the following basis: - With the inscription, a flat-rate amount of 0,16 € corresponding of the expenses of communication necessary to be registered once at the play and consult the results. The amounts of refunding correspond to the average time necessary for the participation. The subscriptions to the Internet access providers and the computer material are not refunded. The participants declare and admit having already taken possession of them for its own use. Splendia will only refund requests which are presented with the required documents.

REFUNDING CONDITIONS
To be refunded, the participant must send to the postal address: SPLENDIA LIMITED –Paris Sweepstake – Office 1603 16/F, The Phoenix, 23 Luard Road - Wanchai, HONGKONG - a letter of application for repayment - a bank account number - a photocopy of an identification document - a photocopy of a document of proof of residence - the date and the hour of participation. Any incomplete or erroneous request will not be taken into account. No complaint will be accepted. The application for repayment must imperatively be made within 15 maximum days after the participation in the play for which the participant requires refunding. The postal and photocopies expenses related to the claim for repayment will be refunded on written request on the basis of economic postage rate and on the basis of fixed price of 0.07 Euros per photocopy within the limit of 2 photocopies.

RULES DEPOSIT
These rules are purely free and available at disposal of the participants on Splendia’s website. They can also, on request, be sent by email free of charge. No request for postal sending will be taken into account. These rules are deposited with Solicitor Olivier GRAVELINE 1 rue Bayard 59000 Lille France. Splendia reserves the possibility throughout play of modifying the present conditions of acceptance according to the possible modifications of the site and of its exploitation. With each one of these modifications, Splendia will inform the members of the operated changes. Any modification will give place to a new deposit of the official rule with Solicitor GRAVELINE. Splendia could not be held responsible if for an unspecified reason, or by major force, this sweepstake came to be shortened, modified, deferred or cancelled. No compensation could be claimed with Splendia or its partners.

PRIVACY POLICY
The participant is informed that the collection of personal information is necessary for its participation. The participant is informed that Splendia can use the information collected only within the framework of its social object. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
All Sweepstakes entrants release Splendia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including without limitation liability for personal injury, death, damages, or financial loss. Splendia is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Splendia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Splendia is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Splendia is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or defraud Splendia in any way may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.
