Carlsberg Competition Prize Draw

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Carlsberg UK Ltd and Next, their agents, associated companies, any person professionally connected with the administration of this promotion, and their immediate families.
To enter, simply visit www.next.co.uk/carlsberg and then follow the entry form instructions on the website.
No purchase necessary. Please write your name and address on a stamped post card and send to: DraughtMaster NEXT Euro 2008, Carlsberg UK, 140 Bridge Street, Northampton NN1 1PZ by 28.04.08. Only one entry per stamped envelope allowed. Only one entry per person. Bulk / third party entries will not be accepted. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed. Damaged, incorrectly completed, defaced, copied or illegible entries will be invalid.
By submitting an entry all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules.
Closing date for receipt of entries is 28.04.08.
The winner will be the first name drawn at random by an independent person on 29.04.08 and will be contacted by 01.05.08.
If either the prize is unclaimed or declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
There is one main prize to be won of a pair of VIP tickets to UEFA EURO 2008™ for use by the winner and a guest. Each of the VIP tickets are for the UEFA EURO 2008™ group fixture between Austria and Poland to be held on 12.06.08. The prizes also includes 2 nights' accommodation in a 4-star hotel, return flights from the UK (airport taxes included), transfers to and from the airport and return transfers from the hotel to the stadium. The cost of travel insurance is specifically excluded from the Prizes and must be provided by the winner and their guest. Any expenses incurred by the winner or their guest in the use of tickets and enjoyment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Any further prize details will be confirmed when the winner is contacted.
Use of the VIP tickets to UEFA EURO 2008™ will be subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets, the relevant UEFA EURO 2008™ Stadium Ground Regulations and any other obligations that Carlsberg UK are bound to.
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize if they or their guest has a criminal record or has been escorted or banned from any football match or stadium at any time.
The VIP tickets to UEFA EURO 2008™ will be provided to the winners on the day of the match. Details of travel dates and times will be provided to consumers within 14 days of their flight.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for cancellation, curtailment, or alteration of the event, or transport to and from it, for reasons beyond its control.
The main prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative main prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
To obtain the name and county of the main prize winner, please send a stamped SAE to DraughtMaster NEXT Euro 2008 ? winner, Carlsberg UK, 140 Bridge Street, Northampton NN1 1PZ between 02.06.08 and 02.07.08.
The main prize winner may be asked to take part in publicity and promotional activities, and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
The Promoter's decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
