E: 01/05 Win A DAB In Car Digital Radios (MERGED)

Why should your car be the only place where you can't receive Virgin Radio in crystal-clear digital stereo quality?

The new Pure Highway makes it easy to kit your car out with a DAB digital radio.

This neat little unit is powered from the in-car power socket and easily attached to your windscreen with a removable flexible mount (just like sat nav). It works by receiving DAB stations and then cleverly transmitting them to your car radio on a free FM frequency. Just tune it in to the Highway and you're away... you can even plug your iPod or MP3 player into it too!

To win one of these little beauties, answer our question on the Highway Code below (see what we did there?), and you we'll be in touch if your name is picked out of the hat.

What's the typical stopping distance of a car travelling at 30mph?

Answer: 14 Metres

Good Luck :D

Actually the BRAKING distance is 14m the THINKING distance is 9m so the total STOPPING distance is 23M. ( I looked it up on page 42, section 126 of the revised 2007 highway code)
:mad:It's not an option but just in case someone is taking their test and uses useless information from sites (Virgin) that can't get a decent researcher to find the right answer:mad:
    :rotfl:That feels better:rotfl:
