1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over in the UK, other than employees and their families of D&D Wines International/GH Martel, Morrisons, its associated companies, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Last date for entries is 21.05.08.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be eligible.
6. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
7. D&D Wines International/GH Martel reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value.
8. The winner will be responsible for any passport and visa requirements.
9. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by post or telephone by 30.05.08.
10. The prize must be taken by the 31st August 2008 and The Promoter reserves the right to approve timings and travel costs.
