All competitions offered by IPC from this Web Site ("Competitions") are open to any United Kingdom or Channel Island resident who is aged 18 or over, except for employees (and their families) of any IPC Group company or anyone else connected with the Competitions ("Entrant"). All prizes must be accepted as offered. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. While every effort is made to ensure all prize details are correct at time of going online, InStyle online cannot be held responsible for incorrect prize details supplied by sponsors. The winner must be prepared to cooperate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition. The winner will be the sender of the first correct entry drawn after the closing date. All Entrants must register for the relevant Competition by giving their correct name and address in the United Kingdom, together with their email address. By registering for the relevant competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the provisions contained in Clause 7 regarding consent to use your personal information. All Competitions shall be subject to terms and conditions as displayed on the Web Site in relation to each Competition.  One seven-night holiday including flights is provided for two adults in a deluxe room at any Sandals Luxury Included Resort (not including Cuba).  Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.  There is no cash alternative to the prize and spending money is not included.  Availability is limited and the prize is not transferable.  The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and New Year) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure.  The prize must be taken by April 2008  Sandals are for couples. Beaches resorts are for everyone.  Prize winners are responsible for all flight and airport fees, departure and government taxes  Sandals Resorts reserve the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.  The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of Unique Vacations UK Ltd and their associated agencies.
