  1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open only to residents in the United Kingdom over the age of 16. This promotion is not open to employees of Colgate-Palmolive (UK) Limited, its subsidiaries and any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion, including their immediate families.
  3. To enter, simply text the word 'Vegas' followed by a space and your name to 64546.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter into this promotion.
  5. There is one major prize and three runner-up prizes to be won.
  6. The major prize is a return trip for two persons to Las Vegas for four night's accommodation staying at the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino Resort to the value of £3500. The major prize also includes return flights in economy class from a UK airport, return transfers from the airport to the hotel, £200 spending money and travel insurance. Winner and friend must hold current and valid passports. If the winner of the major prize is between the ages of 16-20, a person over the age of 21 must accompany the winner. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Travel excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both in UK and USA) and may be subject to availability. The hotel is officially classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner's choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis. Prize must be claimed within 12 months of date of notification.
  7. The runner-up prizes include the following:
    • 25 x 'What's Happening In Vegas' T-Shirts
    • 10 x 'What's Happening In Vegas' Cocktail Sets
    • 5 x 'What's Happening In Vegas' Mini Fruit machine Sweet Dispensers
  8. Prize description is correct as at time of print. The Promoter reserves the right to alter details. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. Only one entry form per person will be accepted for each entrant.
  11. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
  12. This promotion begins 26 March 2008 and closes at close of business on 7 May 2008 (Promotion Period).
  13. Text messages will be charged at the standard rate of your service provider. Please contact your service provider for cost of sending text messages.
  14. The major and runner up prizes will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator on 08.05.08. The winners will be notified by telephone by the 14.05.08 on the number they have used to send the entry. The name and county of the prize winners will be made available for 6 weeks after 14.05.08 to those who apply to 'Palmolive Soft & Gentle Cinema Free Prize Draw', Unit 7:02, Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, E1 6JJ, enclosing a stamped, self addressed envelope.
  15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected texts or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
  17. The winners may be required to participate in publicity concerning this promotion.
  18. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  19. The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity and proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.

    I picked up a card in Sainsburys and on the card it says messaging will be charged at your standard operator rate :) hope that helps
