JANE BLONDE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE ASK A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO READ THESE COMPETITION RULES CAREFULLY. If you enter this competition, we will assume that your Parent or Guardian have read these rules and agree to them.

1. To enter this competition you must be:
(a) residents of the UK and Eire
(b) between 7 and 13 years old on 1st February 2008.

2. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Macmillan, Macmillan Ltd, or any subsidiary of Macmillan Ltd.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Only one entry per person

5. No group entries allowed.

6. Any personal information (entrant’s name, age, address, telephone number and/or email address) will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize where applicable. Any personal information held by the Promoter in respect of the competition will be held on record for a short period for the purpose of ensuring fulfilment of the competition.

7. The winners will be selected at random by Macmillan Children’s Books. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to over this decision.

8. The closing date for the competition is 30th May 2008. We will not enter into any correspondence regarding entries received after this date.

9. The winner will be contacted by 13th June 2008.

10. In the event that the Promoter cannot for any reason contact the winner by 13 June 2008 the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.

11. You can find out who won by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Pan Macmillan Ltd, Jane Blonde WBD Competition, Marketing DPT, 3rd floor, 20 New Wharf Road, London N1 9RR after 13th June 2008.

12. The 100 winners will each receive a spykit to the value of £25 each. Prize may differ to that shown.

13. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

14. This competition is being run by Pan Macmillan Ltd of Brunel Road, Houndmills, Basingstoke, Hampshire ("Macmillan").

15. These competition Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom

16. Macmillan reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do, we will put the amended rules up at www.meetjaneblonde.com.
