I've just looked on their website and found these t&c's, dont know whether they are the right ones:

• Not open to employees and the families of Perfect Pizza Limited, Perfect Pizza franchisees or anyone professionally connected to the promotion
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion
• You may enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be made by a separate text message, email or postal entry
• The maximum cost of any text is 25p plus your standard operator charge
• Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• Prizes are not exchangeable, or transferable and cannot be taken as cash
• No liability is accepted for lost, mislaid or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines

I've never heard of perfectpizza so did a search on my postcode and theres none around here anyway - would be no good if I won!!!!
