Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is operated by Ministry of Sound, the Promoter, on behalf of Billington Cartmell, in conjunction with Club 18-30.
2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18-35 years old, excluding employees of Ministry of Sound, Billington Cartmell, Club 18-30, their agents or anyone professionally associated with FRANK or this competition.
3. By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to include the instructions on how to take part in the competition.
4. All entries must be received by the Promoter on or before 01/06/2008. The Promoter will not be responsible for transmission and/or computer error affecting the logging of entries to the competition. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
5. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the competition site.
6. All normal Internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the competition shall be the entrant's responsibility.
7. To be entered into the prize draw the question in the quiz has to be answered correctly and the entrant has to give their name and a valid email address, as the winner will be contacted via email. The winner will be picked at random and the judging panel will consist of two completely independent supervisors. The decision will be made on or around 30/04/2008. All decisions of the judge will be final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. There are 1 prizes consisting of 1 x holiday for 2 people for 7 nights, including return flights (from Gatwick or Manchester, other airports if available will be charged an additional £30pp), accommodation in either Ibiza, Mallorca, Corfu, Zante, Rhodes, Kos or Crete., services of your Club 18-30 rep and transfers to the SC/BB accommodation chosen by Club 18-30 subject to availability. Departures available: 01/06/08-22/06/08, and 04/09/08-05/10/08. Subject to flight and accommodation availability. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/discounts. Once the holiday has been confirmed, the prize winner must travel. Any change of date will incur a charge of £15.00 per person per change fee. Amendments to bookings, except to change 2nd passenger cannot be accepted within 2 weeks of travel. *excluding departures over a Bank Holiday Period.
9. The winner will be notified via email with instructions on procedures for receiving their prize.
10. If a winner cannot be located or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, his/her prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant who will also be picked at random and again the judging panel will consist of two completely independent supervisors.
11. Details of the winner's names and county of residence will be available between 30/04/2008 and 31/05/08 by sending a stamped SAE to Ministry of Sound/FRANK Competition, Billington Cartmell, The Blue Building, Fulham Island, 40 Vanston Place, London SW6 1AX.
12. The prize is as stated. No cash alternative offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable, either wholly or partly in cash.
13. The Promoter, Billington Cartmell, Club 18-30, their agencies, affiliates and suppliers cannot accept responsibility for any incidents resulting from claiming the prizes.
14. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name, without further compensation, in any promotion publicity and/or advertising carried out by Ministry of Sound, FRANK or Club 18-30.
15. The information that you supply will be held by Billington Cartmell for the purpose of this competition and notifying winners only. No further communications will be made using this information.
16. Billington Cartmell reserve the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.
