Win a Marks and Spencer Voucher and DVDs To celebrate the launch of the film 10 Items or Less, starring Morgan freeman, Beauty and the Dirt have teamed up with DNC Entertainment to offer one lucky reader a copy of the DVD and a £50 Marks and Spencer voucher. We will also be giving away a copy of the DVD to two runners up.
The film follows Freemans character, a fading Hollywood icon who is abandoned by his driver whilst researching a new role and finds himself lost in the middle of nowhere with only a supermarket in sight. This is where he meets Scarlet, who is the feisty, intelligent and vulnerable checkout attendant at the 10 items or less counter. Left with no means to call home, he is soon dependent on her to help him out, and while she helps him find his way home, she soon realises that he can help her to get the job that she dreams of. This touching film offers a unique twist on the classic buddy movie with its cleverly observed script and believable characters.
