E: 30/06 2-week holiday to Cuba worth £6,000

Terms and Conditions:

1. All entries must be submitted by 30 June 2008.

2. The winner will be chosen at random by an independent party from all valid entries received by 5 July 2008 and will be notified in writing.

3. The winner must book their travel by 1 August 2008 and complete their travel between 1 August and 1 December 2008 or 1 February to 1 May 2009 subject to availability and public holidays.

4. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

5. The prize will consist of 2 economy class flights to Cuba from London, visas for travel, transfers to and from the hotel in Cuba, a double or twin room for 7 nights with breakfast at the Hotel Saratoga.

6. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and in possession of a full UK passport. Employees of Journey Latin America, their families or any agencies or person connected with this competition may not enter.

7. You will be responsible for ensuring you have adequate travel insurance.

8. You must comply with and are responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for your destination.

9. Journey Latin America will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip. Journey Latin America�s standard terms and conditions of travel apply.

10. Only one entry per person.

11. The prizes must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value.

12. The prize is non-transferable

13. Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions from a part.

14. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
