Terms & Conditions

1Promotion is open to UK residents 16 years old and over only, excluding residents of the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, employees and their families of PepsiCo Inc., Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd or their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2To enter: Text the 8 character unique code found underneath the ringpull of promotional cans or underneath the label of promotional bottles or underneath the latex panel on scratchcards to 62948 or enter the unique code on the Pepsi Max website www.pepsi.co.uk/kicks
3There is no limit to the number of entries per mobile number or the number of times an entrant can win, although Only Pepsi unique codes are valid and each code can be used only once. Only one code can be sent per text message. Only one code can be entered at once on the website.
4All entrants will receive an entry confirmation message via the same method as entry e.g. via SMS or via the website. At the end of each draw, entrants will receive a further message by SMS or email (for web entries) indicating if they are a winner or not
5Winners will be selected at random. Winners will be contacted within 3 working days by the method used to enter the promotion. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days an alternative winner may be chosen. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
6There is one prize of £1,000 to be won every 90 minutes between 9am and midnight from 22.04.08 until 21.05.08. Entries received after this date will go into monthly prize draws at midnight on 30th of each month until 30.12.08 to win £1000.
7The prize consists of one personal cheque for £1,000 payable to the winner who entered the promotion within 28 days of confirmation of their address.
8Prize-winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
9All text messages you send to 62948 cost 25p (inc. VAT) plus network rate. All text messages received are free
10You may be able to enter when roaming outside the UK. Please note: If you enter from outside the UK, foreign network operator charges may apply.
11Shortcode number available on all UK mobile networks excluding those in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
12Unique codes are featured on promotional packs of 330ml, 6 x 330ml, 500ml, 2 litre, 1.5 litre and 4 x 2 litre packs of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Max and Pepsi Max Twist.
13Draws close every 90 minutes with the first draw closing on 22.04.08 at 10.30 and the last 90 minute draw closing on 21.05.08 at midnight. Draws will close at the following times: 10:30; 12:00; 13:30; 15:00; 16:30; 18:00; 19:30; 21:00; 22:30; midnight with win / lose notifications being sent shortly afterwards/
14All valid entries received before 09:00 on 22.04.08 will be entered into the first draw. All valid entries received in the 90-minute period preceding the draw time will be entered into that draw.
15No entries will be accepted after the promotional closing date of midnight on 30.12.08.
16Text message/web entries will be put into a draw based on the time the text message or web entry is received by the draw engine. No responsibility will be taken for text messages web entries delayed, lost, corrupted or mis-sent in transmission for whatsoever reason. Proof of entry will not be taken as proof of receipt, no refunds of text message costs will be given.
17The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
18By entering the promotion with SMS you agree to receive further text messages and communication regarding this promotion only. No further communication will be made with you once the promotion has closed unless you have opted in to receive further communications.
No purchase necessary (excluding Republic of Ireland): To enter with the same chance of winning, send a stamped postcard with your name and phone number to Pepsi MAX Kicks, PO Box 1000, Warrington, WA4 6YB . You will be entered into the next draw from when your entry is processed and entered into our draw engine. A confirmation text message will be sent to let you know which 90 minute draw you are in. Alternatively ask in participating outlets stocking dispensed Pepsi or 300ml packs for a promotional scratchcard with entry code.

21The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

OH works for them (so not really allowed to enter, although we are not married!), but I am going to get him to order a few packs

On the ring pull you have the code so do not try and throw it away as my ds did:eek::rotfl:

When entering it tetlls you if code valid you will be entered though how do you know if valid?and has code to be put in lower case etc
