General

1. Open to UK residents aged 25 and over who accurately complete the official entry form/survey and return before the closing date.
2. There will be one prize which will be a cruise for 2 people.
The closing date is 30 March 2007. Only one entry per household. No purchase necessary to enter.
3. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date. The winners will be selected at random by computer. Judge's decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
5. This draw is not open to employees, associated agents of Voyana / Flybe or anyone concerned with this promotion or to members of any our sponsors holiday products. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days of the draw date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Voyana of any change in contact information.
7. The Winner's name will be available from Voyana
8. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 14 days of notification by Voyana or its representative.
9. Unclaimed prizes may be passed on to other entrants. This promotion and draw may be run across other promotions by the promoter and/or our sponsor.
10. Entry into the draw authorises Voyana and/or our sponsor to contact and to publish the name, address and country of the winners. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
11. Entry into this draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prizes although promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
13. Neither Voyana, our sponsors, nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
14. Data is held according to the Voyana privacy and data policy which can be viewed at www.voyanacruise.com Your details may be shared with carefully selected companies who may wish to contact you with information or services which may be of interest but if you do not wish to be contacted in this way please write to PDL. Entry into the draw authorises us to contact you including by email/SMS but if you do not wish to be contacted in this way please write to Voyana.
15. Prize details: An outside cabin for 2 people on P&O cruises - Oceana - departing Southampton on 15 September 2007 for 13 nights. Visiting Spain, Madeira, Canary Islands and Portugal. No cash alternative or alternative departure dates applicable.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable prize giving publicity.
